The Marlborough District Council invites applications to the Sport and Recreation Community Activity 2017/18 financial year. Please complete this application form to apply for funding.
Please provide as much information as possible in support of your application.
The purpose of this application form is to ensure the allocation and distribution of the fund is responsible, fair and transparent.
All information received will be treated as private and confidential.
If successful a Post Event Report must be submitted within three months of completing the event.
