If this is a new Alcohol Temporary Authority application, as part of this application you will be required to upload the following:

Manager's Certificate for all person(s) intended to manage the premise

If the applicant is person/s please provide some form of ID eg; drivers license, passport

If applicant is a company – please provide copy of the company’s current Certificate of Incorporation
