Note: If you are using an approved incinerator and are burning authorised materials, you do not require a permit.

Important Information about this application.

This application process does not constitute approval to light a fire in a restricted fire season. Your Warranted Fire Officer will decide if this application has enough detail in order to make a decision about granting a permit, granting a permit with additional conditions or declining the fire permit application.

If you are granted a permit, you need to read and understand the Notes for Permittees and the standard conditions plus any other conditions your Warranted Fire Officer may decide are needed (as listed on your permit) in order for the burn to be conducted in a safe manner.
